"Personale estremamente gentile: la ragazza ci ha coinvolti facendoci vedere il matrimonio che si stava svolgendo nella sala principale dell'hotel (e ha chiesto ai camerieri di farci assaggiare il cibo, ci ha quindi offerto la cena!). La struttura ha anche un parcheggio interno. Ottima la colazione!"

"Our large room was exceptional . Flooded with light from 2 large windows, a sofa and table with a very comfortable bed + a large television. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was functional. We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay in this very large and comfortable room ."

"It was pretty cold inside the hotel and when we arrived there was nobody there just a note that we should call a number. Since we don't have a SIM Card from Kyrgyzstan and didn't have the WiFi code yet, we couldn't do that and it took quite a while until somebody showed up!"

"Was given a choice of rooms on arrival and chose a very large cool room on the ground floor. It even had an automatic washing machine in the bathroom which was very useful for washing clothes after days of travelling. Almaz, the receptionist, spoke very good English and was very helpful giving his WhatsApp number in case I needed anything. Overall a good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone passing through Bokonbaeva."
