"the wonderful Staff member when we checked in on the first night. She was very friendly and answered all our questions even we do not speak Japanese at all. She tried her best to accommodate our stay and it was very pleasant for us. Morning staff member was very kind and helpful to explain the breakfast, which is included in hotel fee. Very welcoming atmosphere and kind staff member. this was for our guests to stay in our area."
