"La struttura è nuova ed è stata costruita per poter apprezzare del paesaggio che c’è tutto attorno. La famiglia che ospita è carinissima e molto gentile, si viene accolti da una degustazione del loro succo di mele (delizioso!) e da una piccola spiegazione della loro realtà! Noi abbiamo fatto qua la colazione e vi consiglio di prenotarla perché è deliziosa, abbiamo chiesto un’opzione vegetariana e non è stato un problema. Inoltre c’è un bar dove poter prendere delle bevande tra cui il loro sidro e succhi. Prenotate qua che ne vale davvero la pena:)"

"La struttura oltre ad essere nuova e realizzata con stile moderno rimane però fedele alla tradizione giapponese e se non avete mai dormito su di un futon, dovreste provare. La gestione familiare è impeccabile oltre che molto cortese e disponibile. Il cibo che offrono nei pasti, viene in buona parte da loro produzione così come il sidro, davvero buono e le birre che hanno, sono produzioni artigianali locali di qualità."

"The hosts were very friendly and sincere in their service to their guests. The breakfast and dinner were good. We tried their apple cider tasting board and I really enjoyed it. We had bonfire after dinner and the children enjoyed gathering dried grasses to add to the fire. The owner even brought us to their mushroom farm and showed the operation of the farm, which we were very impressed. Hope to visit Cider Barn &more again, maybe in another season."

"Every part of the experience at Cider Barn &more was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. Our hosts really went above and beyond constantly - from helping us plan our trip, to helping book activities, to showing us around their farm and facilities. You couldn't ask for kinder, more attentive hosts. The building itself is modern and lovely, with great bathrooms etc, and the views are brilliant. Great WiFi throughout the property. The meals served (at an extra charge) were all fantastic and used fresh ingredients from the farm. Couldn't recommend this place enough!"

"We had such a lovely time staying at Cider Barn&more. The family who run it are lovely, the property is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and clean and the shared shower ablution area is immaculate. We loved the view across towards the city. On arrival we were able to taste the award winning apple juices made by the farm - delicious. And then decided to buy a taster menu of their ciders - absolutely delicious! Our hosts kindly did an outside firepit for us and our kids were able to light some fireworks whilst we chatted and connected with the hosts! We ordered the breakfast in the morning and it was great! After breakfast we were shown around the farm - really educational. This is a very well run place that is cared for lovingly. Definitely worth staying here!"

"Great hospitality from a truly caring family. Got a personal tour of the apple orchard and the mushroom factory, which was both fun and really interesting. Getting to try all their juices, ciders and freshly picked vegetables really made this place unique."

"A wonderful place to stay and explore Iida. The Cider Barn was warm and welcoming. Bathrooms were spotless, the food was great and we were really looked after. To explore Japanese ciders here was a real treat."

"Exceptional stay at this beautiful new property! Everything is so clean and has been made to a very high specification. The rooms are a nice size with great facilities for showers and toilet. The communal area/cafe is very nice too and the property is set within beautiful grounds overlooking the city of Iida. We really enjoyed these views and making the most of the countryside, and experiencing apple farming and trying the delicious produce of the Cider Barn. Our hosts Yukiko and Ken were wonderful, very helpful and friendly and gave us good advice. They also prepared some lovely meals for us and we sampled their delicious cider and apple juice. Overall we had an excellent stay here and we recommend it highly to anyone who would like to experience a beautiful scenic part of Japan!"
