Personale eccezionale, in particolare Hamed il proprietario è stato un ospite eccezionale, ci ha spiegato moltissime cose è e stato a nostra disposizione per tutto il soggiorno per ogni minima cosa."

"Posto stupendo, cena fantastica, il proprietario Hammed, giovane, disponibile ed accogliente; finalmente un Giordano che sa fare turismo. Ci ha portato a fare una bellissima passeggiata di notte nel deserto. Il tour nel deserto bellissimo, con suo cugino che è pure un ottimo fotografo. Si stanno evolvendo verso energie green, con pannelli solari ed acqua calda e pannelli fotovoltaici per energia elettrica, per non utilizzare il generatore."

"Ottima posizione: dalla camera da letto, ossia dalla tenda, si può ammirare il deserto fatto di colori magnifici e di infiniti silenzi."

"Per il prezzo pagato (1 notte 150 jod) mi aspettavo decisamente di più: la manutenzione della stanza/tenda é assolutamente scarsa; mobili da sostituire; tappeti senza più pelo; livello di pulizia scarso. D’accordo che siamo nel deserto, va bene che si tratterebbe di una sorta di campeggio, ma basterebbe poco ma costante impegno da parte del proprietario per rendere questo posto accogliente come meriterebbe."

"Lo staff molto gentile e servizievole. La tenda/bungalow ampia e molto pulita. La vista dalla vetrata era emozionante. iI patio privato per rilassarsi è stato apprezzato molto. La cena abbondante e squisita. Il tour, solo per noi, nel Wadi Rum di un giorno , con l’autista/cuoco Audin (super), è stato strepitoso, lo consigliamo per vivere appieno l’ambiente."

"The location and the kindness. The view is out of this world (but you get same view even if you sleep on a tent) The hosts are very kind and do all they can to please you, arrange last minute tours for me. And very good at answering my questions."

"Some things were unclear: The person in the facility is not the same person answering the emails/phone calls. Time of dinner... The person in the facility doesn't speak quite good English. So you remain with your questions to be answered by calling directly to the booking number or chatting/emailing. WiFi coverage in the room was inexistent. I stayed in the second bubble (martian tent), though there was WiFi at the reception/restaurant."

"Dinner was amazing! The cook was so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond. Also the tents were so comfortable and clean. Bathroom was amazing."

"We booked martial tend, clean and spacious, we could watch the stars from the room when it started to be cold outside. Kind staff, we had long chat after dinner with the owner, he told us about their life style and so on, the dinner was delicious they showed us how it had been cooked before serving. We enjoyed our staff so much and also the jeep tour that they organised for us."
