The location is excellent — it’s close to all the major tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the city. What truly made my stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm and helpful, but I especially want to thank the reception team and the hotel management. They were always professional, kind, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. For a 3-star hotel, the service exceeded my expectations. "Petra è incredibile. Se è stata scelta come una delle 7 meraviglie del mondo, una ragione c'è, ed occorre visitarla per capirlo ed averne conferma... a meno che non si preferisca la vita da crociera, dove tutto è già scodellato sul piatto facile facile, dove si pensa solo a mangiare, bere, ubriacarsi, e perdere neuroni col passar del tempo"

"Struttura e camera pulite e accoglienti, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile nel dare le informazioni necessarie. Colazione e cena (a pagamento) valevano la pena. Molta scelta e cibo ottimo. Ti offrono un bus per Wadi rum a 10 jd che consiglio prendere dato che tutti i trasporti per il deserto costano 10 jd e questo bus vi viene a prendere direttamente all'ostello."
