"I stayed at Jerssa Hotel in Amman for one week and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the food was nice, and the atmosphere was comfortable throughout my stay. What really made the difference was the staff — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Ms. Shahad and Mr. Alattar for their kindness, support, and excellent service. They truly made me feel welcome and taken care of.
