"The service from the staff far exceeded my expectations. All of whom were outstanding, especially Faisal and Mohammad Abdo - the others too but I only remembered these names. This did not feel like a 3 star hotel at all, everyone went out of their way to make our stay more special. No request was treated lightly. I've had 4 star hotels that did not meet this level of service. Location is great too, walking distance to 8+ restaurants with good quality food."
