"We had the most incredible experience in Wadi Rum thanks to Rakan. We arrived without much of a plan and weren’t even sure if we were going to stay overnight — but Rakan organised everything so perfectly and effortlessly. From an unforgettable desert tour during the day, to a magical camel ride, to a beautiful stay at his camp with the most delicious traditional food — every detail was taken care of. The stargazing at night was absolutely surreal. It was truly one of the best experiences of my life. Rakan is an amazing person, and so are all his cousins and uncles we met along the way. They were so warm, welcoming, and genuine. It didn’t just feel like accommodation — it felt like being welcomed into a family and experiencing the real spirit of Wadi Rum. If you’re coming to Wadi Rum, don’t hesitate. Rakan can literally organise anything you want and will make sure you have the most unforgettable experience. Highly, highly recommend!"

"La comida deliciosa! Rakan fue muy amable, se preocupó por darnos la mejor experiencia posible y nos ayudó con el transporte a nuestro siguiente destino. Hay muchos Juegos de mesa y el lugar está bonito."
"El alojamiento no está en el pueblo como lo indica el mapa, esa es la zona de recogida. No había agua caliente para bañarnos la primera noche. Además, tengo la percepción que no le agradó que ocupáramos tres noches y solo tomáramos 1 tour, supongo que para hacerlo rentable deben contratar un tour por día, aún si desean descansar (cabe destacar que sí quería hacer otro tour pero por el clima no se pudo). No tomé otros tours pero el dueño sí me dijo "voy a cambiar los precios de booking porque es un error que se pague tan poco por el hospedaje, ni si quiera la comida vale eso" que me pareció un comentario de mal gusto y a la fecha sigo viendo los mismos precios... De igual forma, 2 o 1 noche es suficiente, en mi caso escogí 3 para desconectar pero bueno..."
