"Lo staff è stato super-gentile ed accogliente! (Abbiamo dimenticato degli oggetti personali ed hanno cervato in tutti i modi di contattarci [tramite msg e chiamata], lo abbiamo davvero apprezzato!) L'albergo e la stanza sono puliti ed eleganti. L'albergo è in un'ottima posiziona per raggiungere a piedi sia la Fortezza di Aqaba che il lungomare, il souk e la via principale con tutti i ristoranti! È stato tutto molto bello e confortevole! Lo consigliamo vivamente!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Ailana Hotel in Aqaba. The hotel is new, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The internet works very well, which was a big plus for us. The breakfast is very good for Aqaba standards, with a nice variety of fresh products. A special mention goes to Omar, who is always present, very attentive, and ready to help with anything. His kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba."

"Standard hotel. They booked us a rather expensive taxi to the airport. Standard prices are much lower."

"The surroundings are not very nice, everything is broken and messy. In one room they saw some animal running on the floor, but then it probably hid somewhere. We had to find a remote control to turn off the TV late at night because the TV would not turn off."

"The hospitality of the staff was perfect; everyone was friendly, polite & genuinely kind. The rooms were spacious with so much light. It was wonderful to wake up to blue skies & see the blue sea. Breakfast buffet was amazing; so much choice & delicious. The hotel also includes access to a free rooftop swimming pool."

"The property was great, but the car park & surrounding area needs refurbishing. However, the local nightlife is buzzing with friendly people & excellent fish restaurants."

"Everything was absolutely perfect. Friendly staff, perfect facilities, excellent breakfast. We parked right in front of the hotel, all services were top notch. It was a few minutes walk to the city center and the public beach on the Red Sea. We recommend, thanks a lot."
