"Il Wi-fi é disponibile solo alla reception, va bene mantenere un stile "all´antica" ma per chi ha necessitá di collegarsi (ad esempio acquistare un biglietto per il giorno dopo) non é agevole (la rete telefonica non prende neanche bene in camera). Piuttosto togliete il televisore!"

"The hotel is impeccably clean, with rooms that are well-maintained, though the interior design feels rather outdated. What truly stands out are the beautiful old walls and charming historical details throughout the building – they give the place a unique character. The town of Egna itself feels like a scene from a medieval movie – picturesque, peaceful, and full of atmosphere. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was a very limited selection, even when it comes to basic items. A good-quality jam and freshly prepared scrambled or fried eggs would make a big difference. Instead, the breakfast offered stale cereals and a generally uninspiring selection. Overall, the value for money is quite poor. The historic charm is undeniable, but for the price, one would expect much better service – especially when it comes to breakfast."
