"It's among beautiful greens and lava fields. The common area is spacious and comfy. There are plenty of stuff to make breakfast/quick snack. Joana is super friendly and helpful when we checked in."

"Friendly welcome, comfortable rooms with a good en-suite. Spacious lounge and very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal (including sharp knives which isn’t always the case). Decent breakfast (bread, cheese, eggs, coffee, cereal and skyr). Property has good soundproofing which is appreciated for anyone wanting to sleep in. The lady who checked us in/welcomed us was very helpful with tips on what to see and do."

"The house was excellent. It is located in a private area in a lava field and is surrounded by low trees. It has a large common living room with an open kitchen. The living room had large glass openings and we could see the trees. It also has a very large balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy nature. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to make a full breakfast (eggs, oil, butter, jams, milk, etc.) The room was clean and comfortable. The host was cheerful and gave us information about the area. Lake Myvatn, the baths and the other attractions are very beautiful and worth the stay. Unfortunately when we went the Grjotagia cave was closed, but we were compensated by the other attractions."
