"Everything was excellent. However, during checkout, the hotel mistakenly charged us an extra $130 due to an error from the restaurant. The reception staff carefully reviewed the issue, handled it very professionally and respectfully, and promptly corrected the mistake. They were extremely polite, respectful, and professional. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the shrine of Imam Ali."
