"Such a large and busy hotel has a SINGLE SMALL LIFT. Had to spend long times waiting for lift. If your room is above 5 floors then walking up several times a day will be unthinkable for a long stay."

"Breakfast is very good, and the rooms are generally okay and functional. Location: Ideal for my annual December music festival. The fitness facility is excellent. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I have been a regular guest at the hotel for the last 18 years, and I thank the senior staff and managers for the kind hospitality they extend to me every time."

"The regular rooms are still with the same old interiors especially the wall textures are not decent at all . Update the ambience to cope up with other rooms . The EWC is all old patterned. The bath floor mat is very slippery of an old model and not at all safe for elderly. Change the same with the improved version which I have shown here with attached photos"

"For bookings done through booking .com We checked in late evening so technically should provide 24 hrs check out option Instead of having standard check out of 1200 noon Nothing complaint but do consider this point for benefit of customers They were considerate and provided around 1.75 hrs extra time so we checked out at 1345 hrs"
"Location was perfect for my needs. Excellent coffee at breakfast. Friendly informative staff at all levels. Marvellously quick laundry service. Generous check out time and best of all the therapeutic of massage in the spa which was much needed after a long journey."
"Very minor quibbles in my room: Could add herbal tea to the usual tea bag and undrinkable coffee found in most hotel rooms. The offerings were a bit sad and 2*. And the floor is a little cracked and worn at the desk."
