"Ottimo albergo, abbiamo avuto un upgrade gratuito non aspettato. Unico neo non prevede rimborsi. Poco affidabile il ristorante che ci ha garantito un tavolo alle 22.30 per poi lasciarci senza cena....ed era la notte di capodanno"

Great facilities including rooftop pool and gym. Attentive and helpful staff. The 24hour check in was so appreciated when we arrived from the airport at 4am."

"This huge complex is like an oasis in the big, bustling city of Trivandrum. We stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed the good service, our spacious, clean room, the big and varied (mostly) Indian style breakfasts and on one occasion the lovely pool on the 8th floor. Also an open air restaurant on the 7th floor was a great bonus."
