"The staff are amazing! Right from check-in they brought us a lovely hot lemon tea after our long delayed journey. The Indian food at dinner was delicious and the welcome chocolates to our room was a nice touch. The service was like staying in a 5 star hotel! They even brought us hot water bottles for the cold night. The room was nice and the garden lovely to sit in. Also a very scenic walk to tea plantations and the Sri government gardens."

Theja from housekeeping who helped me dry my phone that was wet so tha it would work. Really grateful for that. Saibu for the wonderful bed decor and Prasanna and Chandu for preparing our room and making it comfortable. Also, Shraddha from Granary restaurant who assisted my daughter as well as took our orders well. To the entire team who made us feel hospitable.
