"We love this place. It is a stone house and you feel like you are staying in a historical place (which you actually are). The rooms are great, very cozy, nice interior, comfortable beds. We were upgraded to the jacuzzi room and this was next level. Love the location at a nice square with a coffee shop nearby. There is also 2 restaurant which were closed. We recommend Authentic Luxury Rooms a lot"

"We love this amazing hotel. The rooms are located in a traditional stone house in the very heart of the centre. They are cozy and modern, well heated with great sleeping quality. The location is awesome, quiet, central and close to the promenade, beach, shops, restaurants and main attractions. Cleanliness is over the top which we found extraordinary. The staff is the best ever, more than friendly and helpful. We appreciated the sitting area outside. We highly recommend Authentic Luxury Rooms"

"It was so central! It took you like 10 minutes and you were already in the old town of split. 5 minutes to dm (a german supermarket) and to the other side you had a very nice bakery! Actually you cannot find a more central stay than here and it is so silent! as soon as you close the window it doesn‘t matter how loud a person on the little side street is yelling - you don’t hear anything. Also the ambient of this apartment was so sweet i fell in love. And it was so clean! Normally I am very picky and a walk with shoes because I think it is not clean enough. There it was so clean I could walk without shoes. Also the personal was so sweet! Leave them a tip when you leave as a small thank you for cleaning this good!"

"The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable is when the new guests arrived above us and they were running the stairs up and down like animals. But this is easy to handle - just tell them to be a little more quiet when running up the stairs and all good :) For some people the apartment might be small. But com‘on you are herr to see the city not to stay at home. it‘s the perfect size to sleep and chill. You also have a sofa, a tv,.. you even have a shower with LED lights and listen to radio im it.. so for this price you really have it all💪🏻 loved it."

"Lovely old property in a quiet area of Split, but still close to the old city. Nice restaurants close by, close to harbour and train station. Nice spacious rooms and lovely bathrooms."
