"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"Tutto dal 2016 prenoto sempre al guaraní quando vado ad Asuncion, ho dormito in molti hotel della città ma il guaraní è storico, bellissima piscina, spazi ampli, posizione unica al centro della città, forse alcune stanze non sono modernissime ma il Guaraní vale l’esperienza, staff divino!"

Se devo trovare un difetto a quest’hotel che adoro per atmosfera, posizione, staff, piscina, storia andrebbero rifatti i bagni di alcune camere un po’ datati …

Niente da ridire, solo un consiglio. Poiche' alcune camere sono al terzo piano e non c'e' ascensore, fatelo presente se avete difficolta' fisiche.

"Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Tra i servizi da menzionare una navetta che ti permette di raggiungere i luoghi più importanti, la zona piscina molto godevole e la cena BOMA che non dovete perdervi. Il punto forte la vista sulla pozza dove abbiamo avvistato elefanti, coccodrillo, impala, facoceri e molti avvoltoi (alle 13 pasto agli uccelli interessante) Unico neo, alcune camere andrebbero rimodernate e mantenute piu pulite"

La manutenzione delle camere

"La habitación era amplia, el aire funcionaba bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno básico pero rico. El personal amable."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"Spa piccola ma pulitissima e davvero molto confortevole. Bella piscina che la sera anche a febbraio offre un'atmosfera molto gradevole ed un servizio bar ai tavoli in un ambiente raffinato. Camere ampie e pulite, nonostante la moquette sui pavimenti. La dotazione degli accessori forniti ai clienti nel bagno per la toiette e l'igiene personale non e' adeguata allo standard dell'hotel. Rapporto qualità--prezzo eccellente prenotando con grande anticipo"

Colazione continentale con scelte molto ampie e qualità più che buona dei prodotti. Il personale di sala a volte sembrava un po' impacciato nel comprendere anche in lingua inglese le nostre scelte. C'è stata un po' di comprensibile difficoltà nel gestire il servizio una mattina che tra le 6 e le 8 si sono presentati moltissimi turisti a colazione subito prima della partenza dei tour. In questo senso, forse converrebbe offrire un programma orientativo di prenotazione dell'orario di accesso dalla sera prima, in modo tale che il servizio ai tavoli e le dotazioni del buffet non siano mai carenti

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."
