"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lighting in the room could have been better.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

La camera King è spaziosissima e dotata di ogni comfort, anche se con uno standard che non è quello dei 5 stelle occidentali. Buona colazione e ristorante aperto praticamente tutto il giorno, con piatti buoni. Ho soggiornato per 3 volte in un mese in questo albergo e ne sono soddisfatto."

Tra i servizi da menzionare una navetta che ti permette di raggiungere i luoghi più importanti, la zona piscina molto godevole e la cena BOMA che non dovete perdervi. Il punto forte la vista sulla pozza dove abbiamo avvistato elefanti, coccodrillo, impala, facoceri e molti avvoltoi (alle 13 pasto agli uccelli interessante) Unico neo, alcune camere andrebbero rimodernate e mantenute piu pulite"

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"Staff gentile, fuori dal caos, parcheggio. Camera gigante, molto retró ma molto grande. Io ero in moto e in 5 minuti sono arrivata in centro, a piedi un quindicina, credo. Colazione media."

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

L’unica cosa negativa che non mi ha permesso di dare 10 sono i Masai insistenti sulla spiaggia.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: una stanza singola costa tanto quanto un letto in dormitorio di un ostello, ma col vantaggio di una stanza singola. Per chi, come me, viaggia da solo, trovare posti come questo è una fortuna. Purtroppo i viaggiatori singoli sono quasi sempre destinati a notti in dormitorio o a pagare una stanza doppia."

"Tutto dal 2016 prenoto sempre al guaraní quando vado ad Asuncion, ho dormito in molti hotel della città ma il guaraní è storico, bellissima piscina, spazi ampli, posizione unica al centro della città, forse alcune stanze non sono modernissime ma il Guaraní vale l’esperienza, staff divino!"

Se devo trovare un difetto a quest’hotel che adoro per atmosfera, posizione, staff, piscina, storia andrebbero rifatti i bagni di alcune camere un po’ datati …

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.
