"There were more than enough towels and added items that were useful in the room. Definitely fit what I needed it for."

A more defined path can be made from the parking to the entrance.

"That’s amazing studio flat in a very nice hotel. It is sad that is sharing apartment, but you don’t share anything. You have your private bathroom, washing machine, private kitchen, private balcony, the only thing you share is one door to get to your flat. There are food shops and restaurants all around. Tram and bus stops very close. Metro station is about 1 km away, but you can take tram to get there, it takes two stops. Apartment was clean, nice clean white sheets, clean good towel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Security downstairs so you feel absolutely safe. Location is good for taking a walk by the marina to see yachts and a wonderful view to all buildings around. Wi-fi was good."

There is nothing in the kitchen, no spoons, no forks, no cups, no plates, absolutely empty. I had to buy a cup just to make coffee. Had to wait host for 1,5 hour. The main things to see are far away from the property, you need to take metro and ride 10-15 stops to see burj khalifa, the frame, future museum and ect. At least it’s one line. There was bad smell in the kitchen (can’t understand where it was coming from) had to keep balcony’s door open all the time. Very noisy street outside, cars and trams traffic all the time.

La posizione era ottima in quanto vicina all’evento sportivo a cui partecipava il mio compagno. Le fermate degli autobus sono vicinissime e si trovano molti alimentare nei dintorni per la spesa. Disponibile anche una cucina per la preparazione dei pasti. Inoltre la struttura è a 2,5 km da Blue Grotto che consiglio assolutamente da vedere, la passeggiata è molto bella."

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Karl et Wanda. Ce sont des personnes accueillantes, généreuses et authentiques, toujours prêtes à partager leur culture, les lieux à découvrir et la gastronomie locale. Le logement est très bien situé pour découvrir l’île et surtout Quel bonheur de prendre son café avec une vue aussi magnifique… Merci à Karl et Wanda !"

"The property has a very good location, you can ski to the center and to the foot of the mountain. It is very clean and spacious, we booked two apartments and we are very satisfied with them. Wifi is okay, it works nicely. There’s parking and kitchen and two bathrooms and a toilet in those two apartments."

The owner was with us at the house, and he wanted to help us with the snow around our cars, but we didn’t always feel comfortable around him. He was cheerful and kind man sometimes, but sometimes he made unnecessary comments which were not needed in this type of situation since we are the guests there.

The location is on 28 minute drive from Masjid e Nabawi. Taxi would be costly.

"This is an excellent small guesthouse and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and Bahir Dar is one of the most beautiful cities in Africa. The hosts, Ashenafi and Habtamu, showed us around and made us feel very welcome."

This is a new guesthouse and they are still getting all the facitilties that a western tourist would expect, but everything important was there including shower, cooking facilities, chairs and tables in the patio and a barbeque!

"In quanto guest house, l'interazione con il proprietario è essenziale, ma la voglia di comunicare anche con una barriera linguistica (russo/italiano) ha permesso che non ci fosse nessun problema durante la nostra permanenza. La stanza è impeccabile, ma il punto forte della struttura è il bagno (in comune): sempre pulitissimo, profumato e splendente. La posizione è buona, in un quartiere residenziale ma a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal mausoleo di Tamerlano. La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo, ma può essere richiesta per un costo extra."

"Monica and Nobert are amazing hosts. They are always there to help you. They know a lot about the area and the country so their advices are always welcomed. They are really nice to talk to and share a meal with. They have 2 nice kids. Like Monica told me, « they are a home, not an hotel » and it’s way better that way! :) The room was clean and confortable. The included breakfast was really delicious and huge and it changed every day. They offer to cook for you if you want to eat dinner with them which is really great. They offer a twin lakes tour which was amazing with a lot of informations."

The bathroom is a little small and it’s cold water, but you can get a bucket of hot water so it’s ok. It’s not so close to city center, but moto are easy to find to get there, or walk for a bit is possible.

"We LOVE everything about the place!!! Emanuel, the host, is such a kind, hospitable and helpful person. He speaks fluent English and he’s always eager to help. The conditions are great, the beautiful house situated in a great location, the best staff, delicious food. HIGHLY recommend!"

Ich persönlich bin kein Freund von Gemeinschaftsbad und -küche (war aber unmissverständlich so deklariert ;-) ).

"c'è piaciuta l'ospitalità, Karima è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, ci ha aiutato nel nostro viaggio e ci ha sempre offerto un ottimo tè. Il Riad si trova in un'ottima posizione per spostarsi nella medina."

quando siamo arrivati ci hanno detto che c'era overbooking quindi ci hanno detto di fare un giro e la notte ci hanno portato in un altro albergo che era fuori da Marrakech (mezz'ora di macchina) abbiamo fatto prima notte li e poi la mattina abbiamo fatto colazione e ci hanno riportato al Riad Omar. Per questo non diamo un punteggio più elevato. in generale ci siamo trovati bene.

"The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was truly excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made everything so convenient. We also loved the swing and theres free horse riding experience provided. it was such a unique and enjoyable touch."

The only minor downsides were that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot during our stay, and there were quite a number of bugs at night, so it was a bit difficult to sit outside for long. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

Sinceramente non posso segnalare alcun aspetto negativo.
