"Magical spot in nature with exceptional views and epic sunrise view from bed. The whole property crafted with love and creative artistic features. Loved the whole place, rustic and good quality. Having access to the beautiful pool with a view also a massive bonus. Very sad to leave, so happy to have stayed for four nights. Peter. Rocio and Santiago are exceptional hosts."

"Sonya la proprietaria é stata dolcissima, ha chiacchierato con noi, ci ha offerto il caffè armeno la mattina per colazione, fichi, pesche, mele del giardino, ci ha mostrato il lago in cui purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo di nuotare! Il posto é bello e silenzioso, accanto al lago e a pochi km da Areni e Novarank. Grazie!"

It's a bit far from city center and from restaurants, so few options for vegetarians like me.

Getting to the location is difficult during winter. Car couldn’t go in so we had to lug through our luggages through the snow. But it was worth it! 😊

"We had a great stay! Location is in the middle of Olympos with bars and restaurants around and about a 10 minute walk to the beach! Staff were lovely and we had a comfortable stay"

"Peaceful location with a beautiful garden, spacious and comfortable rooms and very amazing hosts. They gave us tea and a bottle of their fantastic homemade lavender shampoo made from herbes harvested in the garden. It is a sustainable little paradise."

The window on the ceiling let in a little too much light, but this is only a problem on the bed below it (and it heats up the room very well during the day - which is crucial due to the cold nights).

"The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. "Alloggio spazioso con soffitti alti e arredato con gusto Ottimi i profumatori degli ambienti e la pulizia Letto e cuscini comodi Ampia piscina e gazebo piacevole Zona esterna piacevole quando non ci sono gli inquilini vicino, poca privacy se la zona è affollata Alloggio in resort tranquillo e dintorni piacevoli in cui passeggiare È stato molto apprezzato trovare degli essenziali per cucinare (sale, cipolle, spezie, salse, the, caffè, zucchero...) e ci è piaciuto lasciare qualcosa per i prossimi ospiti"

"La stanza è qualcosa di spettacolare: ampia, luminosa, spazi divisi con intelligenza e dotata di diversi comfort. Si respira lo spirito della fattoria/ranch e lo staff sa consigliare attività come hiking o passeggiate a cavallo, che abbiamo fatto e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Dato il bassissimo inquinamento luminoso, siamo anche riusciti ad ammirare le stelle: una meraviglia."
