"Будиночки розташовані в гарній локації з чудовим краєвидом. Є пледи для вечірніх посиденьок на терасі з диванчиками та кріслом-гойдалкою. Навколо все чистенько й доглянуто. Від будиночка веде стежка вгору пагорбом, звідки відкриваються захопливі краєвиди на гори. Усередині будинка є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також решітка та шампури для мангала. Доречі, навіть можна замовити доставку їжі з ресторанчиків поблизу. Стосовно обігріву приміщення: є і обігрівачі і камін. Господарі не турбують, але завжди на зв'язку. Окремо в нашому серденьку залишився справжній господар території - німецька вівчарка Харді, пес водив нас місцевими стежками наче екскурсовод, супроводжував усюди і навіть дуркував з нами із задоволенням. Рекомандую бронювати без вагань."

"What a surprisingly wonderful stay. OK, the cabin wasnt flash. It was a bit dated and worn (reminiscent of mid-20th century beach cabins), but it was spacious, comfy, everything worked, plenty of TV channels, the shower had good hot water, and the area was quiet despite being very close to the town, night market, and beaches. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing 4-day stay."

"The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.

"We liked everything! The location, the cottage, bedrooms, washroom, kitchen, dinning area, private BBQ, deck, and private chairs by the water front! 1 min walk to Tim Hortons and Gas Station, 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to Foodland. Samantha was very friendly. Stephen didn't say hi to us but that's okay. We will stay at this property again!"

some black mold flying out of the AC unit but I still give this place a 10.

"From the beginning you could realise that Allison thinks of many details and cares a lot. Getting the keys and entering the house was very easy (contactless). The garden, the furniture, the book with housing rules and travel tipps, the cleanliness -> everything planned very well and with great care. Very late checkout was offered. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would clearly recommend it."

It was not clear to us that the pool was shared between 3 houses, don´t know if we just missed it. But in reality it was no issue, it was always empty, when we wanted to use it. Checkout rules could also be mentioned in the book. Despite that, it was still by far the best stay of our holidays.

"Cottage immerso nella natura, proprietari super cordiali, un border collie simpaticissimo. A parte qualche lato negativo, è un posto in cui tornerei!"

Consigliamo ai proprietari di mettere a disposizione caffe solubile, bustine di tè e del sale. È un posto molto isolato quindi trovarsi senza nulla è difficile (altrove abbiamo sempre trovato tutto offerto). Inoltre, il lavandino era cosi piccolo che è stato difficile anche lavarsi i denti. Consiglio di togliere lo specchio sopra al lavandino, potrebbe aiutare!

"Struttura immersa nella vegetazione equatoriale, semplice ma funzionale: accessoriata di tutto, persino la lavatrice. La padrona di casa è molto premurosa e disponibile per tutto. Aspettatevi la presenza di piccola fauna locale, formiche gechi zanzare ecc. La posizione è in mezzo alle montagne ma essendo al centro dell'isola è praticamente equidistante da ogni angolo. Ovviamente è consigliabile avere l'auto."

"Casa grandissima, in 10 ci diamo stati benissimo, stanze spaziose, ben organizzata."

Qualcisa non era ben pulito (esempio portacenere all'esterno era pieno di sigarette spente). Alcuni letti non sono comodi.

"Água da piscina está a uma boa temperatura, todos os quartos têm WC privativa. Sala de jogos."

"Posto meraviglioso in mezzo alla natura. Si tratta di un monolocale grande con cucina fornita di tutte le stoviglie. Bagno grande e confortevole. Letto comodo con lenzuola e asciugamani di qualità. La casetta aveva tutte le vetrate per potersi godere il paesaggio e uno spazio esterno con sedie per rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura. Ottima interazione con i proprietari che non sono riusciti ad essere presenti ma ci hanno fornito tantissime indicazioni e si sono sempre interessati che riuscissimo ad arrivare e che tutto fosse a posto. Colazione abbondante e ottima."

"Nice cabin in the jungle. The host was very supportive and waited for us in the apartment. He also gave us tips how to organise ourselfes in the village, which is a bit tricky in those closed areas in the middle of the jungle. The moskito nets where intact in Chez Faby (not in Carbet Bawouette)."

The village-wide WiFi does not work at all. There is free starlink at the grocery shop, otherwise you have no connection in the whole village. Apartment would need a thorough cleaning.

"La casetta è molto accogliente, in una posizione raggiungibile ma molto tranquilla. C’era tutto quello che serviva, ci siamo trovate molto bene, anche nella comunicazione con Belén, la signora che gestisce la prenotazione."

Un dettaglio da migliorare: aggiungere una tenda nella finestra della camera da letto in modo tale da far entrare meno luce.

"Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und komfortabel, die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass wir zwei Bäder hatten und der schöne Garten, in dem man gemütlich frühstücken konnte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab auch die Möglichkeit dass für uns traditionelles Essen gekocht wird, was sehr lecker war, und unsere Wäsche gewaschen wird. Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich und freuen uns, nochmal wieder zu kommen :)"

"Molto apprezzata la disponibilità del titolare che si è subito prodigato nel venire incontro alle nostre rimostranze. Pur essendoci riuscito solo in parte lo si ringrazia affettuosamente. Anche la posizione, in aggiunta al prezzo, è sicuramente punto di forza della struttura."

Poco apprezzate la scarsa igiene e la luminosità della location. Lenzuola assenti, così come il terzo letto, cosa che ha costretto Fabiana a dormire su un divano non molto Confortevole.

"Yes, it was a surprise to find that we had breakfast and some supplies so we didn't have to shop on the first day we arrived. also our flight from South Africa didn't arrive until quite late and our taxi was not waiting at the airport so it was very late at night before we got to Villa Mia. In spite of this our hosts were waiting to greet us on arrival, which was much appreciated."

Maybe the host could have dropped in at some time during our stay to see how we were going.

"The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.

"Very nice place for family or group of friends. Very clean and enough room for everyone (no dead bugs inside the house :D) Very peaceful place, only birds singing. Nearby river was the most entertaining part for teenagers. Bottom of the river was bit rocky, but we used shoes for swimming. Would definitely recommend this place for everyone. See you next year!"

La casa è pulita e funzionale. La posizione è comodissima perché è possibile raggiungere a piedi il porto e il centro di Zara."
