"- the building was situated near the Pier, also the Metro is just around the corner - WIFI was great - (hot) water for free, fridge - even though its a hostel you get a private bathroom/toilet"

"- it was hard to find - Entrance is in the 12th floor and you have to take the elevator, sometimes there was a queue. - busy and pest contaminated building, at least in the lower floors (have seen many mice/rats and bugs)"

"Very responsive whenever I give them a call and very helpful! It was only my wife and I who stayed and it did well for us! We were always on the go, so we weren't always around unless it was time to sleep. We first met Melly (if I spelled her name right?), Ash, and Khalsa. They were very accommodating and friendly. Ash usually takes the calls during our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who is on a tight budget to visit Hong Kong. The location [Chungking Mansions, Tsim Sha Tsui] is legendary! So around the area, you pretty much have access to most of the good stuff; like money exchangers, food, and shops. If you are not that fuzzy, then this is the place for you! Indeed a Hong Kong classic!"
