"La prima colazione non è molto varia ma comunque è accettabile. Il vero valore aggiunto di questo albergo è Madame Antonia, la signora che accoglie gli ospiti alla reception, offre una serie di indicazioni e consigli utili e ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa: sempre gentile e disponibile, pronta a risolvere qualunque necessità, la signora Antonia è una persona davvero speciale! La mia camera era molto spaziosa, diciamo una specie di monolocale con annessa cucina a vista. Il materasso del letto era davvero eccezionale."

"Il sabato mattina (1 giugno 2024), ho dovuto aspettare un'ora al tavolo della prima colazione, in modo tale che avessero il tempo di preparare il cibo da servire. Non mi è piaciuta la posizione, l'hotel si trova su uno stradone, per raggiungere il centro della città hai sempre bisogno della macchina oppure di un taxi. Vicino all'albergo, circa a dieci minuti a piedi, c'è un supermercato ben fornito che vende ogni tipo di genere alimentare. Di sera, il personale dell'albergo sconsiglia di uscire a piedi, però io ho constatato che nei dintorni dell'hotel era invece tutto tranquillo."

"The service of this stuff, it's a breakfast. Was great, you get good tips from the staff. What is good of the food and things like that. We had a nice day stay there. The only thing is the room we stay in the shower. My head is coming offer. And the TV you couldn't see nothing properly on it. Otherwise, everything was excellent."

"I did not like the taxi service. That's what you guys use. They gave you one prize over the phone. And then when you'll read to destination, they gave you a different price, they are not very reliable."

"The customer service was great. Service with a smile. Most of the other hotels I stayed at the staff seemed like they didn't want to be but at Parc Rayne it was such a delight interacting with them. The free breakfast was delicious. Some other hotels in Georgetown need to take note of how a proper breakfast is done like at Parc Rayne. I recommend this hotel."

"That the maid service wasn’t good at all they keep forgetting to put things back into the room; they didn’t speak English so they couldn’t understand what you saying; but they either forget the towels, the products or even changing the sheets on the bed"

"No security box in room & prefer no stairs to my room. Also, be good to have someone at reception all the time instead of seeking them"
