"Ottima posizione a poca distanza dei servizi essenziali (digicel, market, ristoranti) e posizione centrale comoda per raggiungere in breve tempo tutte le spiagge. Kurtz, il proprietario dell'alloggio, molto disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta ancora prima di iniziare il soggiorno. Molto cordiale e gentile. Ci ha noleggiato auto e ci è venuto a prendere direttamente al porto. Bel ti plas è un ottima struttura, pulita accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Consigliatissima. "Great studio apartment! Check-in was very flexible, the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was comfortable, quiet, and had plenty of parking. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay—highly recommended!"

"Very nice host, trying to accommodate all my requests. Very authentic stay close to the volcano. The volcano and the red glow are visible from the hut."

As all activities and transport are organized by the host, I sometimes had to wait quite long time for the driver to arrive. This was not the hosts fault, but it is important to know when planning a trip to Tanna.

"The view is great. Nice pool. Location is like 5min away of the beach. Very quiet neighborhood."

No filters for the coffee maker. The streets are in bad shape once you drop off the Main Street to get to the house.

Lei ci ha preparato la colazione e ci ha offerto le sue marmellate fatte in casa, che sono assolutamente buonissime!!! Il prezzo del soggiorno veramente economico"

Letto un po’ scomodo, il bagno un pochino da migliorare ma tutto sommato va bene per qualche notte

The only bad experience was that there was no WiFi connection. I was unable to communicate with friends and family back home which made them worried and scared.

No communal areas. The kitchen was tiny and no where sit and eat. There is a small space in the top floor to make a cup of tea but not suitable to eat and not near the kitchen. The shared bathroom shower is too complicated, the water sprays out of all the taps and was cold

Měli jsme to trochu dál od Velké pláže a začátek Velké pláže je přeplněný turisty, tak jsme museli každý den jezdit autem. Ke starému městu také daleko. Ale bylo to blízko k hezké skalnaté části a živé ulici na začátku Velké pláže. V ubytování mne překvapila společná kuchyň, ale nakonec jsme si zvykli a byla možnost poznat i naše sousedy, hehe. 👍🏻

"Ett trivsamt boende med perfekt läge på den vackra ön. Stugor med god standard och tillgång till fina kök. Hotellet erbjöd god mat och trevlig personal. Extra plus till hotellets personal som var serviceinriktade och hjälpsamma. Vi rekommenderar varmt boendet."

"The place is not a 5-star guest house, and I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated. The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the facilities were better than some of the hotels I have stayed in across Africa. My bed was even a TV bed — I connected my MP3 player and listened to music through the bed speakers… great experience! The location is excellent, with the airport just a stone’s throw away. The staff even went out to buy takeaway food for me when I requested it, which I really appreciated. I do wish they had WiFi, but I understand they may be keeping their costs down. However, I was given a pre-loaded SIM card to make calls to my family, which was a thoughtful gesture."

"A very quiet place for the night with a pretty view of the surrounding mountains. A simple, affordable accommodation. Walking distance about 10-15 minutes from town."
