"Colazione ottima, posizione molto vicina al mare, receptionist disponibili e in generale servizi funzionanti. Camera silenziosa, Piscina grande e ben curata, piscina per bambini. Spa non provata ma un massaggio omaggio offerto dalla struttura."

"IL parcheggio è a pagamento (non indicato su booking) con una sbarra che non funziona ed ogni volta bisogna tornare in albergo per farla sbloccare perché a chiamata non la sbloccano. Come sempre le camere prenotate con booking non sono le migliori infatti eravamo all'ultima stanza del corridoio vicino al magazzino del materiale per le pulizie e il corridoio era sempre ingombro di carrelli, la vista era su uno spiazzo sterrato. Nel bagno, oltre il sapone liquido c'era una sola cuffia per la doccia e nient'altro, non c'erano ganci per gli accappatoi e l'armadio aveva solo appendini e nessun ripiano per le maglie."

"Colazione e cena a buffet ricche abbondanti . Tutto impeccabile sotto l'aspetto dell'esposizione, varietà e qualità del cibo. Struttura funzionale completa di tre piscine: una per i bambini con alcuni giochi acquatici, una principale di dimensioni adeguate ed una più piccola con pareti trasparenti, molto scenografica. Area dedicata ai giochi elettronici, disponibilità di giochi da tavolo. Non manca il biliardo e il tavolo da ping pong. Stanza accogliente e ben insonorizzata con balconcino dotato di tavolo e due sedie nonchè di stendino."

"Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente. Avrei gradito una maggiore cura nella pulizia del bagno della camera. Ho potuto constatare che alcune volte la pulizia non era stata effettuata a fondo (capelli in terra, water non pulito)."

"The Minos hotel is a good stay in Rethymno. It has all the facilities for families. We stayed in a suite with a sea view, it was large and lovely."

"We picked the Minos hotel for it's kids club for our 3 yo girl. However, when we got there, it appears the kids club is open only 11:30-13:30. Only after asking to talk with the manager the staff showed flexibility and opened the kids club at 10:30 at the day of our departure. For improvement, the hotel staff should show more flexibility in opening hours of the kids club, for example in the afternoon."

"Our room was amazing, clean, comfortable, modern, spacious. Loved it. The stuff was super polite, accomodating, proactive, helpful probably the best reception we have ever met. The kids pool area - mini slides were nice to have :) The magician show was a hit with the kids."

"The hotel felt a bit cramped overall. The pool is quite small, and the surrounding area lacks space. Breakfast offered some variety, but the quality wasn’t great. The kids’ club was just a small room, and when we visited, there was a lady present who spoke English but didn’t really engage with the children. The so-called “gym” was also disappointing. If the price point were lower, the overall rating might be higher. But at this price range, guests expect more: a spacious and appealing pool area, an air-conditioned, comfortabel "gym" room, and a kids’ club that feels welcoming and engaging."

"Good location, 2 minutes from shops and the beach. Decent swimming pool. Apartment was large and very clean. Massive chessboard was fun. Plenty of games scattered around for kids."

"Offered a complimentary drink upon arrival, but never came. No biggie, but we'd been travelling with a small child in hot heat for a long time so it would have been nice! The healthspa woman was too persistent."

"Lovely clean hotel with the room serviced every day with clean towels, and bed made etc. The breakfast had a vast choice with something for everyone. The pool was also good with ample sunbeds."

"The majority of staff could have had more customer service skills - they were not very welcoming. There was also no atmosphere. There was an animation team but all they did was sit on their laptops all morning with no interaction with guests."

"Pool closing at 6pm - didn’t really bother me that much but would have been good as an option. We used the app for the login / check in details but after that nothing - would be great if the app could be used for keeping residents updated for happenings for evenings etc - just a waste considering the time taken to download it etc"
