"Bell'albergo, con arredamenti eleganti. Personale professionale e sempre a disposizione del cliente, dal primo all'ultimo momento. Camera discretamente pulita ed ottimo servizio navetta per gli impianti sciistici. Mi è stata data una grande mano dal personale dell'albergo ad uscire dalla strada innevata e ghiacciata con la macchina a noleggio dopo il check-out."
"Ritengo che il prezzo sia un po' troppo elevato per la tipologia di struttura, comparandolo ai comprensori europei, ma ho notato che è un trend generale di Gudauri. La posizione è defilata rispetto alle attrazioni principali e alla vita notturna del paese, quindi si deve rimediare con taxi e bolt ogni volta (non esattamente economici). Se si viene con macchina a noleggio, il viale dell'hotel risulta essere innevato e difficile da percorrere."
"We were a family of three members stayed in the hotel overlooking the picturesque Gudauri mountains. We were offered a spacious room with a beautiful Mountain View. Staff were polite and attentive. The morning breakfast was very good and the interior ambiance of the dining area and the lobby is great."

"I loved that the hotel is situated in a relaxed and calm area surrounded by mountains. Breakfast felt homemade and was delicious. Supermarket was also near. Accessibility to ambulance, police station is something to note. Other than that, hotel is equipped with jacuzzi, pool, sauna, billiard, bar and guests are welcomed by lovely staff."
