"È stato un piacevole soggiorno durante capodanno. Tutto lo staff, con affetto familiare, ha creato una serata indimenticabile. La poszione è ottima, abbastanza vicina alla piste da sci. La struttura offre anche una sauna a un prezzo conveniente. Il punto di forza è la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo hotel se si vuole tranquillità e clima caldo familiare. Luka, oltre ad essere molto simpatico, si è reso disponibile per dare qualsiasi tipo di aiuto, sono contento di averlo conosciuto!"

"L'ospitalità dello staff, persone squisite e super generose, ti fanno sentire in famiglia! La stanza è grande, calda, estremamente pulita (le pulizie vengono fatte quotidianamente). La colazione a buffet è varia, dolce e salata, e alcuni cibi cambiano tutti i giorni. Si può cenare in struttura, la qualità del cibo è ottima e economico. C'è anche la sauna, economica. Se c'è neve è possibile accedere all'impianto sciistico al mattino camminando per 200m in salita e sciando in discesa."

She was extremely helpful and even guided me while planning my return trip to Tbilisi as well as my paragliding experience. "Awesome place - spacious, warm and clean rooms, stunning views from windows/balcony, helpful hosts; flexibility for a mid-sized group and accommodating for early arrivals and late departure, delicious food options on-site for both breakfast and dinner (and house wine!). The area is a bit more quiet and away from the main New Gudauri centre, but everything is reachable either by a walk along the motorway or a short taxi trip."

"In no way up to the hotel to control, but just a note, especially for people used to lower altitudes, that the lower chairlifts (Priveli/Bin to Soliko) demand a bit of a walk uphill and can be a bit crowded during morning peak hours."

"The host was wonderful, she tries to do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They helped with booking the shuttle, and even when we changed the leaving hours twice, they didn't make an issue and helped us re-book. Location is good - 7 min. walk uphill in the snow to the first cable car. It's not that bad if you're not lazy. The place is very clean. Good breakfast. The best part in the hotel is dinner: Delicious dinner that you order from the menu, you don't need to leave the hotel to get REAL Georgian food and for a fare price. At night, it's very quiet and you can get a good night sleep. It's definitely worth the price Thank you very much for having us."

"The staff and service were so good I checked in early and they quickly helped me get set up for a long day on the slopes. I rented ski’s at the hotel which was far more cost effective than renting them at the slopes. The equipment provided was also very good! Breakfast was good, showers were hot and the beds were comfy! Thanks to Luca and the rest of the staff at deka for a great stay."

"There is a short incline walk up to the ski lift and skiing into the hotel is a little tricky. Both wasn’t too much of a problem for me but I am young and an experienced skier."
