"I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the atmosphere was very cozy. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others."

"Haus mit Charme, sehr zentral gelegen. Freundliche und bemühte Gastgeberin. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants, sowie Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar."

"Die einzigen Fenster sind neben der Eingangstür, dennoch helle Wohnung, da gut beleuchtet. Kleine Dusche in kleinem Bad, jedoch ausreichend für kurzen Aufenthalt. Insgesamt könnte es noch ein wenig sauberer sein."

"Hotel 4 stelle eccellente, quasi un'esperienza di lusso soprattutto per gli standard della Georgia. La struttura emana calore e un profumo delizioso già all'ingresso e lo staff ti accoglie con sorrisi e gentilezza. Camera accogliente, spaziosa, bella e curata. Il letto è enorme e molto comodo, perfetto per un riposo davvero rigenerante. Buon isolamento grazie a finestre moderne. Posizione eccellente, appena appena fuori dal centro storico, a due passi dal ponte che collega le due sponde del fiume e vicinissimo alla zona delle terme. Comodissimo per ogni necessità, con bancomat e alcuni ottimi ristoranti a pochi metri. Inoltre con pochi euro grazie a Bolt è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi altra zona interessante della città. Kit cortesia inclusi (spazzolino, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, sapone, ciabattine), minifrigo presente e bottiglie d'acqua in omaggio. Super consigliato."

"This is a spotless property managed by sweet elderly ladies. They have a common kettle and microwave as well as a dining area so it is very convenient to grab food from the nearby supermarkets or bakeries and early here. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery and plates that you can use and self wash. Its a 15 mins walk from Ortachala bus depot. We needed to leave our bags for a day and the staff helped with that. They don't speak English so we used the translator. We did not see any air conditioning but it was October and we managed just fine. The hotel is situated at lower the ground level however we did not think it was dark or damp. It was clean, efficient and well managed. Great budget option for Tbilisi"
