"I particularly liked the hotel’s location and facilities, and found the staff attentive and supportive."
"I found it unpleasant that the same music was played repeatedly in the ski area from 10 AM to 10 PM. Additionally, the swimming pool was somewhat cold, and the sauna did not appear to be working properly."
"Good sized apartment for family of 5 and very comfortable. Location of accommodation and proximity to the ski slope is a few minutes walk. Aspen cafe nearby was great and staff excellent."
"Tendency to be very noisy. But not a huge issue. It was a bit confusing for that 'Crystal Resort' is not a part of the hotel, so we were told we had to pay to use the swimming pool there (we had friends staying at the hotel, so our children wanted to join them there)."
"الموقع بجوار التلفريك المؤدي للزحليقة وبجوار التلفريك حديقة كبيرة والعاب اطفال وتجمع للعائلات وكفي اسبين يوجد 2سوبر ماركت وصيدلية بداخل السوبر ماركت الي على الطريق تحتاج الى سيارة للتنقلات اليومية افضل من التوصيل بالتطبيق الكفي و التلفريك يستمر الى وقت متاخر من الليل المكان آمن جدا مجموعة كبيرة من الفنادق بالموقع بنفس الاسم والتغيير بالاسم الاخير فقط"

"الموقع جدا رائع محيط به منتجعات وملاصق به التلفريك المغلق والمفتوح وخلفه جبل وبه سوبرماركت فيه كل الاحتياجات وسهل الوصول له بالسيارة والشقة واسعة ومريحة واطلالتها جميلة . كان لدي حجز مكرر فطلبت ألغاء واحد منهما ولبوا طلبي بسرعة انا اشكرهم عليه."

"Небыло микроволновки, но была электропечь (правда без какой либо утвари, чтобы подогреть сендвич! Нужно было с собой везти сковородку, по всей видимости…) В спа небыло ни шампуня ни мыла, чтобы нормально смыть с себя хлорку после бассейна Ершик унитаза валялся просто на полу без холдера, странно, но О’кеу Температура в комнате была Ооочень высокая, но лучше так чем холод конечно. Приходилось несколько раз за ночь вставать и открывать балкон"
