"La struttura e molto confortevole e ben arredata, le camera ben equipaggiate , la colazione a buffet varia ed abbondante con prodotti freschi. La posizione è centrale e tutto è a pochi passi. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno dopo i trekking"

"The Hotel is centrally located. The rooms are great, clean, and spacious. The hotel, because of its location, is within walking distance of the shopping area. The facilities are good, too. We needed some help as my daughter fell ill and the lady at the reception was helpful with some timely assistance."

"Not much really. It would have been good if the Hotel had a lift to carry heavy luggage to the higher levels. The coffee machine was not working during our 3-day stay as it's disappointing that we couldn't have freshly brewed cappuccinos in the morning. But these are small issues, that don't come in the way of deciding in favor of this great place to stay."

"Very nice surroundings. Very tidy room. Good breakfast. The receptionist speaks english well, she even helped us with the sights in the area. There is a restaurant in the building, which offered dinner until 11 o'clock. They were helpful. (We asked in advance that what time do they offer breakfast, they replied: 8-11. Altough when we arrived they said that breakfast is only available from 8:30, after I said that this is not the information that they had given earlier they moved the breakfast to 8 again :) - If I understand correctly they said breakfast is only available from 8 when they serve groups. They offered disposable slippers."

"The hotel room was modern with comfortable facilities. It also had two small balconies with a nice view over the main street in Mestia and the mountains in the background. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent."

"There was a strong humming sound in the room that disturbed us a bit in the night (possibly from ventilation or water boiler etc.). The breakfast was decent but nothing special."

"One of the most friendly, helpful and welcoming hotel I've been to. Super comfy beds, great breakfast and amazing staff. They do go that extra mile for you. From walking us to an amazing rooftop terrace to preparing a lunch box for on the road the morning we left. That's what you call hospitality with five stars!!"
