"It is a nice budget apartment(this was the lowest priced one during our search) with all the basic amenities around 15 - 20 minutes walking distance from the main centre.You can enjoy a walk in surrounding streets in the avenue. Restaurants, market, and ATM are available in walking distance. We were a family of 3 and could live very comfortably for 2 nights.The lower floor contains the kitchen,toilet and a small bedroom with 2 single beds.The kitchen has cooking facility with necessary utensils,kettlle and iron box available.The upper floor(stairs inside) is a big bedroom with a double bed. There is a balcony and big terrace for your convenience.This apartment has a small courtyard where you can rest. The apartment owner, Ms Tiya, is a very nice lady, and she lives in the same compound. We were allowed to park our vehicle also in the parking area. It was a really nice experience altogether,worth for the money."

"The place was nice, it had a small frontyard. The rooms were seperated and all included kitchen and bathroom. Although the owner spoke very little English, they were quite friendly."

"Big room is perfect, with huge balcony and nice terrace. King size bed is perfect and enough space for luggage, clothes, etc. Overall house is very good for small families or group of friends. Small room is perfectly suitable for children."

"Мы жили на 1 этаже, для переночевать - вариант удобный- недалеко до всего. Хозяева гостеприимные. С погодой повезло. Холодильник, плита, горячая вода- все есть. На пляже без специальных резиновых тапочек для захода в воду по крупной гальке не обойтись, тапки эти продают везде, Если бы нужно было больше времени проводить в номере при плохой погоде- я бы этот вариант не выбрала, но и цена наверняка была бы дороже. wi-fi хороший продуктовый магазин, исторический центр, набережная, парк, обменники, кафешки- все в пешей доступности"

"Посуда и кухонная утварь- вроде всего много, но лучше бы меньше да лучше. Чтобы ножи были острые, тарелки начищены и т.д. И в санузле все не очень удобно организовано, крючки далеко от душевой, держатель для туалетной бумаги, смеситель подтекает."

"Самое главное что мне понравилось - это воздух. Во дворе есть пальма и от неё такой приятный воздух, очень хорошо спасает от изобилия машин в городе Во-вторых, тишина. Несмотря на то, что во дворе есть футбольная площадка, где почти каждый день дети играют, после 21 сразу становится тихо. Вроде бы Чавчавадзе близко, но в квартире и во дворе даже не замечаешь. Ещё, просторная кровать. Приятный матрас. Коврик. Лучше бы их было бы побольше. Просторная кухня - большой плюс, так как я с женой люблю готовить. Отзывчивые владельцы. Очень доброжелательные люди. Это тоже очень важно."
