"Tutto. Vorremmo ritornare da Anna e sua sorella. Camera in zona centrale accogliente e calda. Bagno perfetto e camera dotata anche di balconcino con vista città. La struttura mette a disposizione anche una cucina e una lavatrice che ci è stata utilissima. La struttura è una vera casa georgiana con ballatoio in legno ricco di piante per cui molto rilassante. L'host è davvero stupendo e gentile. Se passate a Tblisi dormite da Anna per una vera esperienza georgiana. Ultima cosa, non meno importante, abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri zaini tutto il giorno in casa di Anna prima della nostra partenza notturna.Consigliato."

"Stare da ANNA offre un'esperienza davvero autentica, soprattutto per la gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host. L'appartamento è in un quartiere stupendo, collegato facilmente al centro di Tbilisi. La camera è pulita e il balcone offre una bellissima vista sulla città. Consigliatissimo!"

"Brilliant hospitality and Anna was more than happy to let us drop our bags early from our flight, at 7am! Then we came back at midday for a great nap. Great location for our stay in Tbilisi and clean and comfortable!"

"ANNA was a lovely experience! Check-in was smooth and easy. The ladies who own the apartment are absolutely fantastic and easy to contact, and the location is great, close to the metro. We booked both rooms at once, and it was really ideal - we were quite happy with this option. We hope to visit again someday!"

"Excellent location in the New Tiflis area — easily accessible by metro or any public transport ∞ Nice two ladies running the place and eager to help with what to see and where to go in Georgia ∞ Clean and cozy room ∞ The view from the balcony makes it a place we would love to return to ∞ Mind that the kitchenette downstairs is shared by two separate rooms, so it might be crowded (though we happened not to meet our neighbours)"
"Thin walls — we could hear most noises and voices from our neighbours, and sometimes it was we who were loud. SO mind loud neighbours! ∞ Water — our place had warm water instead of hot — if you ok with that, then it is no problem."
"Pros: great location in one of the most beautiful region of Tbilisi. Nice and helpful hosts. Nice view from the balcony. Apartment has a small kitchen, fridge and everything you might need. Cons: The mattress in my room wasn't comfortable, too soft. Sound insulation is bad, I heard almost everything my neighbors did. The apartment is tiny but it's ok if you are staying alone. Overall, it's good place to stay if you're traveling alone. Nice location in 5 min walk from the metro station."
