The Vale Resort is set in 650 acres of beautiful Welsh countryside, just a 15 minute drive from Cardiff. "It was just super! From the reception to the room! Everything was excellent! Breakfast! Pool, sauna, spa services! We ate in the restaurant and in the grill bar... it was very tasty!"

"I upgraded to an executive room and was very dissapointed in that some of the fittings and finishing touches were very tired looking. Our room door was unlocked and open when we arrived which was because it was quite difficult to close and we found we needed to push it very hard to close luckily we weren't up late or we'd disturbe guests by having to slam the door to close. The window frames were very tired looking and the verandah could do with a good clean (walls etc) The lights above our table in the restaurant were out of order which meant we needed to use the torch light on our phone to read the menu, and also were sat for 30 mins before we were able to order even a drink. The food however was beautiful despite time delays between courses."

Hotel room was very clean and bathroom was lovely, clean and spacious."

"La struttura è bella, la gestione è tipo Ostello: c’è una cucina comune se vuoi cucinare molto attrezzata, se invece preferisci c’è bar/ristorante. C’è una bella e grande area comune con tavoli, sedie e poltrone dove puoi stare liberamente e magari conoscere altri ospiti della struttura. Le camere sono piccole e i servizi minuscoli ma tutto molto pulito e nuovo. È vicino al centro, una passeggiata di 15/20 minuti, se preferisci puoi andare anche in autobus. Il personale molto gentile, non hanno gli asciugamani in camera ma per 5 sterline li puoi noleggiare."

"Struttura molto bella e curata a poca distanza dal centro di York raggiungibile in 15-20 minuti a piedi. Dispone di un parcheggio privato per l'auto. La camera era molto curata e pulita, bagno confortevole. La prima colazione molto varia e di ottima qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile."

Davvero piacevoli. Sembra di stare in famiglia, ma organizzazione e professionalità sono impeccabili. Colazione molto ben gestita e buona, con una varietà adeguata (colazione dolce self-service + colazione salata preparata sul momento). La camera è abbastanza spaziosa, viene riordinata giornalmente e sono sempre disponibili acqua, tè, caffè e biscotti. Sapone, shampoo, balsamo e crema corpo presenti. Sainsbury's a pochi metri, centro città e stazione a 15 minuti a piedi. Decisamente un ottimo soggiorno."
