"Una bellissima casa di campagna in mezzo alle colline del Peak District. Tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era molto confortevole e pulita, con un bagno grande e comodo. Colazione super, variabile ogni giorno a seconda dei gusti (dolce e salata). Per quanto si trovi in una zona un po’ isolata, la posizione della struttura risulta comune comoda per raggiungere le attrazioni principali del Peak District. Se torneremo a visitare questi luoghi, soggiorneremo nuovamente a Stanshope Hall!"

"Unfortunately we missed breakfast! Our fault we were so comfy we slept in!! We were woken up with a gentle knock on our door which I answered with a lovey host asking if we still wanted breakfast! We declined as it was late but I know for sure if we had said yes it wouldn’t have been any problem!!!"

"The hall had plenty of character and was furnished with care. Rooms were well equipped and all our needs taken care of .We were welcomed with hot drinks and home made biscuits .The food was delicious and we were sorry we were staying for only one night .Fabulous place to stay ."

"It was cold in the bedroom. There was a small fan heater but it was very small for the size of the room."
"This beautiful old property is full of character and charm. The host was lovely and the welcome tray was very much appreciated after a long day walking. The bathroom was very modern, the room decor was not in keeping with the age of the property, nor was it modern, more 80's, it was however immaculately clean. Lots of small touches not found in other B&B's. Amazing selection of teas etc in the room and fresh milk in a little fridge on the landing. The guest lounge had a roaring fire. Breakfast was superb, plentiful and good quality. We will definitely return, a great base for the area."
