"La stanza è bellissima, molto spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort. Il bagno è una sala da bagno con sia doccia sia vasca. Colazione estremamente ricca con molta scelta. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile."
"Il parcheggio è piccolo rispetto al numero delle camere. Siamo arrivate la prima sera, sotto la pioggia e non abbiamo trovato posto, è stato disagevole e difficoltoso trovare un posto fuori."
"L'assistenza dello staff. La signora al desk è stata gentilissima perchè ci ha dato una camera diversa da quella prenotata che risultava essere in un altro edificio e non nell'hotel prenotato. Inoltre, il bagno della prima camera si era allagato dopo la prima doccia. Questo è successo perchè era una camera per disabili e non avendo un piatto doccia e una buona pendenza, l'acqua era arrivata ovunque."

"When I booked our stay I book for a room in the main hotel, when we arrived we were placed in their building over the road. If I had known this I wouldn’t have paid what I did for the room. There is a tiny car park out the front of the hotel but it isn’t enough for the amount of guest and advertises as a car park ok onsite, you have to park in either the car park around the back of the hotel or there’s a car park on Bath street."
