"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura la prima notte del nostro viaggio on the road nel sud dell'Inghilterra ed è stato un piacevole pernottamento. Ci hanno assegnato una stanza superiore alle nostre aspettative, molto ampia con letto a baldacchino e una piccola zona salotto. Nonostante ci avessero avvisato di possibile disturbo notturno dovuto al bar a piano terra, non abbiamo percepito rumore o musica dalla nostra stanza. Il personale è stato cordiale e ci ha volentieri custodito i bagagli dopo il check out. La posizione è senz'altro comoda al centro di Reading e la stazione ferroviaria è raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti."

"Extremely helpful and friendly staff, enthusiastic greeting on arrival and asking to help with bags. Location excellent for the city centre, just a short walk from The Oracle and Riverside. Very reasonable prices for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed with nice white sheets. Yorkshire Teabags in room a welcoming touch. Can't comment on breakfast as haven't partaken, but have stayed here several times and it's always done the job nicely. Staff are open about the fact they have music in the bar until late at the weekend so you know that's how it will be. It has never bothered me but might be worth taking earplugs if you are staying at the weekend and a light sleeper."

"They upgraded us for free which was wonderful! The breakfast is simple but the croissants are very nice."
"We had an odd number of pillows in the room (3) and couldn’t find a spare. My partner and I are both pillow huggers so it was a bit awkward, but that’s personal preference and not much of a low point."

"La struttura è bella, la gestione è tipo Ostello: c’è una cucina comune se vuoi cucinare molto attrezzata, se invece preferisci c’è bar/ristorante. C’è una bella e grande area comune con tavoli, sedie e poltrone dove puoi stare liberamente e magari conoscere altri ospiti della struttura. Le camere sono piccole e i servizi minuscoli ma tutto molto pulito e nuovo. È vicino al centro, una passeggiata di 15/20 minuti, se preferisci puoi andare anche in autobus. Il personale molto gentile, non hanno gli asciugamani in camera ma per 5 sterline li puoi noleggiare."
