"We loved our room, it was spacious and very comfortable and very good location, right next to Goodrington sands beach and an easy walk into Paignton"
"My only feedback would be to have a little fridge in each room to keep things cold. The breakfast room was lovely and you could order a cooked breakfast or pancakes but it would be nice to have some fresh fruit and a toaster for guests to help themselves in the breakfast room as the staff were so busy making cooked breakfasts"

"What a gem 😍 everything about our stay was exceptional! Our room, a superior double was was beautifully decorated , spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and our hosts Aidan and Mijj couldn’t have been more accommodating , they were very friendly and welcoming . Very dog friendly and a dog friendly beach within a short walk was a real bonus . Next time we shall definitely make use of the hot tub and garden bar !"
