"Séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement est très confortable, bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout est pensé pour se sentir comme chez soi. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et le service au top du début à la fin. Mention spéciale pour la gérante, très disponible, réactive et à l’écoute, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. "I had an overall very good stay at this hotel. The check-in process was not very smooth at first, as the front desk agent tried to charge me extra for early check-in, even though I had already received an email confirming that early check-in would be free. After some discussion, she eventually agreed and let us check in without any additional fees. Aside from that initial issue, the rest of the stay was excellent. The restaurant staff were extremely nice and professional, and the à la carte breakfast was very good. I also appreciated the honesty and efficiency of the hotel staff when I forgot my sweater in the room. I called two days later after realizing it was missing, and they had already found it and kept it for me. I was able to pick it up without any issues, which was very nice. Overall, despite the small check-in inconvenience, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel."
