"Very nice property in a quiet location on the edge of Sarlat. It had everything we needed and was an excellent base for exploring the area, which is lovely."
"The only slight drawback for us was that you can't easily walk anywhere directly from the house, but this was not a big deal."
"We have had a wonderful stay at the Villa Sylva, there was a warm welcome from Dominic who is very discrete but available if needed. The villa was so comfortable and fully equipped, there is a terrace area for outdoor dining and a wonderful size pool with seating and loungers provided. This is the perfect place for relaxing and exploring the historical and beautiful surrounding areas Not only is Salat Centre historically beautiful it offers many shops & restaurants"

"Emplacement un peu à l'écart du centre ville (accessible en vélo ou en voiture) dans un petit quartier résidentiel extrêmement calme. Excellent point de départ pour visiter cette partie du Périgord. Gîte exeptionnel ! Grande piscine privée, jardin provatif, terrasse ombragée, équipements et confort au top, même le cygne était présent! Un grand merci à nos hôtes. Pour le restaurant : l'Assiette Sarladaise, un peu à écart des spots touristiques de Sarlat, tables sous un platane et n'hésitez pas à demander de mettre un Pécharmant "Le Rauly" au frais ;o) (https://www.lassiettesarladaise-sarlat.fr/)"

"De accommodatie had een mooie ligging op 5 minuten rijden van het bruisende stadscentrum, toch voelde je de vrijheid van het buitenleven!"

"Le logement est totalement fonctionnel (équipements, barbecue, accès libre à la piscine, emplacement de parking, etc...), idéalement situé (proche de grandes surfaces et pas trop éloigné du centre-ville ce qui garantit un calme total dans un lotissement lui-même très calme). Aucune nuisance ! La cerise sur le gâteau (the cherry on the cake !), le propriétaire qui habite à côté est particulièrement accueillant et disponible et ce tout en restant très discret ! Nous recommandons vivement et aurons plaisir à y revenir ! Eric et Maria"

"Het is een ruim opgezette woning met 2 nette slaapkamers een ruime woonkamer en een super ruime keuken dus als je van koken houd kan je je er prima in werken en in de schuur staat een grote bbq. Ook de badkamer en toilet is leuk ingericht en schoon. Zelfs met slechter weer kan je prima onder het overdekte terras zitten,de tuin is ruim en met lekkere tuinstoelen . Het is een net zwembad met weer een zitje. Het is prima op de fiets te doen naar Sarlat alleen het eerste heuveltje ,ca 40 meter misschien even afstappen op de terugweg. Verder is Dominic een super nette “Landlord” Wij hebben ons er prima vermaakt"

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und geräumig und besteht aus einem Haupthaus und einem kleineren Nebengebäude. Beide Gebäude verfügen jeweils über ein Bad und eine Küche, die ausreichend ausgestattet sind. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool und der Kaffeevollautomat im Hauptgebäude. Die Lage ist so weit in Ordnung, man findet Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Apotheke in kurzer Entfernung, die man zu Fuß zurücklegen kann. Nach La Rochelle fährt man besser mit dem Fahrrad (ca. 20 Minuten) oder mit dem Auto. Der Strand ist zwar auch zu Fuß zu erreichen, man benötigt aber schon 20 Minuten. Es gibt aber auch ausreichend Parkplätze dort, sodass man auch mit dem Auto dorthin fahren kann."

"The location was perfect. Very peaceful end of a street. Kitchen well quipped and comfy bed. Nice garden with table chairs etc. comfortable 30 mins walk to centre. With car easy to visit other places. Wine Route is worth the drive lots of lovely villages. Cordes is very picturesque and enchanting."
"Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le cottage est magnifique, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le calme, la nature, le confort… tout est réuni pour se détendre et profiter pleinement. Les plages sont facilement accessibles, tout comme les jolies balades dans les environs. Le parc est top : installations neuves, piscine, ping-pong, pétanque, terrain de sport. L’espace bien-être avec sauna et hammam, accessible en fin de journée, est sympa. Un vrai coup de cœur — on reviendra sans hésiter :-)"
