View Eiffel Tower

"Si tratta di una classica mansarda nel centro di Parigi, a 200 metri dall' assemblée nationale. Si trova a 20 minuti a piedi dalla Tour Eiffel. La zona è collegata benissimo con i mezzi pubblici ed è servita anche da molti ristoranti di zona. Eravamo 2 coppie con figli, l'appartamento dispone di 3 camere da letto disposte su un'intero piano. Ci sono tutti i confort per un breve soggiorno. Il proprietario Nicolas è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ad esempio, gli ho chiesto se sapesse dove potessi comprare un monopattino per mia figlia per facilitarle la passeggiata a Parigi, dopo poche ore si è presentato con il monopattino di sua figlia che ci ha gentilmente dato in prestito."

"Trattandosi di una mansarda arredata, erano presenti spifferi di vento freddo proveniente dalle finestre. Il proprietario si è messo a disposizione dandoci dei termosifoni elettrici e scaldini portatili. In Estate/primavera non dovrebbe esser un problema ma di inverno potrebbe essere un punto attenzione. C'è inoltre un unico bagno per tutto l'appartamento e potrebbe essere un problema per le famiglie numerose. Per entrambi i punti il proprietario mi ha informato che avrebbe fatto delle modifiche e miglioramenti."

"Be prepared to carry your suitcases up the stairs. It was fine for us and Sacha the host helped. However I’m sure some people would be put out by this."

"Location was fabulous, easy to walk to all the relevant attractions. Views from the apartment to the Eiffel tower were amazing, esp to see the lights at night. Hosts very reponsive to messages and help and support re luggage/keys/drop /off. Two kitchen areas, plenty of facilities to cook, clean, wash up."

"There was only one very small toilet for the entire flat. One bath in a bedroom and one shower in the toilet , so difficult to organise within the group of friends or business associates. Very low ceilings, few bumped heads. Not suitable for heavy luggage due to lots of stairs and no lift. not suitable for tall or large peple re ceiling heights, beams and very small bathroom. Was very hot at night as in the roof, so opened windows, but streets around very noisy."

"Location is AMAZING. View was AMAZING. Host and their responsiveness was AMAZING. It felt like they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We loved the apartment as it is unique and made you feel like you got an authentic Parisian attic apartment experience. Would 100% stay here again."

"Some things associated with being an attic apartment may be seen as an issue (bathroom down a flight of stairs), but it trivial and made no difference to us. We (and our kids - 3 boys) loved the experience, view, and location - we went to Paris with several other families and they were all jealous of our experience!"

"The owner was very sweet and shared a video with us about the apartment before arrival. He was available throughout our stay whenever we had questions or needed anything. He shared about his family and the best spots to get food around the flat. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs and loved being there during Paris Football. The views from the apartment were stunning, we loved laying in bed and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle!"

"I would give a heads up to future renters that there is no lift in the flat, the only option is stairs. But once you reach the flat the views make it worth it!"

"We stayed as a family. The place is big enough to accomadate two families and still they can preserve their privacy. Everything was great and the flat owner was very helpful. He provided detailed instructions for checkin and any thing needed. No need to say that view is great. We had the chance to watch bastille day fireworks comfortabbly. ACs and fans are enough to keep the flat cool during hot days."
