"Jérémy é un host molto attento e ci ha inviato indicazioni molto precise. L'appartamento è confortevole, ben arredato e vicino ad un parcheggio gratuito (circa 80 m) e al centro storico della città. Sono presenti due condizionatori e una lavatrice. Noi ci siamo fermati solo una notte, ma è sicuramente consigliabile anche per famiglie 👍"

"Lovely big apartment with everything I needed for a few nights stay. Warm and cosy, very comfortable and great location. I was very grateful for the washing machine as I had laundry to do. There was a supermarket about 7 minutes walk away. Bourges is a beautiful city."

"I did have trouble with the keys despite the owners' best efforts. Also the location link from Bookings sent me to the wrong address on Apple Maps (not the owners fault but might be useful for future visitors to know) which wasn't a great start and I didn't immediately realise what happened. Then I had to make an account on a video app to receive instructions on opening the door and getting the key - I felt a couple of photos would have worked as well, especially as my phone battery was very low and I didn't have internet without going to a cafe. Not what I wanted after a long train journey."

"The apartment is not far from the cathedral and the city centre, which can be both reached quite easily on foot. The building and its entrance don't look charming but when you get inside the apartment, hey, it's really big, well equipped, fashionable, and clean, so that you soon forget the outside, including the narrow stairs to reach it. The apartment has also great natural and artificial lightning, is very quiet, has comfortable beds and bedding, and has really nice and very original furnishings. Communication with the host is effective: you get precise instructions on where and how to find the keys and what to do with them. Free parking options are available a few steps away, while there are payant places right in front of the building. I really recommend it for a stay in Bourges."

"The stairs to get to the apartment may be not for everyone, but for us it was not a problem. There isn't much around the apartment, for instance shops or restaurants, but with a short walk you get whatever you can find in town, including places where to have a bite for breakfast."

"La rue est très calme, la proximité avec le parking gratuit est non négligeable, la proximité des commerces et des endroits à visiter aussi. Le confort d'une maison mais ailleurs, la télé, la climatisation."

"J'aurais aimé y passer plus de temps, peut-être une autre fois. Nous n'avons pas relevé de problèmes trop ennuyeux, voire pas de problème du tout au final. Le petit bémol serait que la région n'offre que peu de possibilités de livraison Uber (ce qui n'est pas un énorme problème)."
