"Thank you, John, for your hospitality. We were welcomed with fresh milk and a bottle of water. To celebrate my birthday, John offered me a bottle of champagne. It was pleasant to sleep in a completely dark room with proper shelter. The flat is calm, clean, and well-equipped."

"Beautiful setting close to local amenities. The gites are excellent and have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the lovely shared outdoor garden space. The pool is perfect to chill out and relax after a long day exploring the wonderful French countryside. John is such a kind and considerate host and will be at hand if you need anything."

"Immaculately clean ,beautiful rural setting.Everything you could need and more for your stay The host couldn’t do enough for us and so helpful .We would definitely recommend and will return again .Ho the plunge pool was a bonus after long drives out ."

"The Lodge is an exceptional holiday let. John, the owner, really has thought of everything. The living room/kitchen is very well supplied with every imaginable piece of equipment. The bedroom is very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom has good quality fittings and a very good shower. The wifi is excellent and very fast. I stayed here in June when the temperatures were in the 30s, and very much appreciated the fan provided. I would certainly stay here again."

"John was a wonderful host, very welcoming, informative and also provided us with a few essential groceries which was great for our first day. There was a slight problem with the Lodge but John quickly sorted out so we got a chance to stay in the Tower too. Both properties had everything needed, kitchen was extremely well equipped with oven and hob. Setting was beautiful and would love to go back in the summer."

"L’hotel è davvero ottimo, lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre sorridente e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La colazione era buonissima e super varia, inoltre l’acqua e le bevande calde sono sempre disponibili a qualsiasi ora. La posizione è perfettamente collegata al centro, tramite metro (maison blanche o porte d’Italie) oppure bus e tram. Tutto sommato tornei sicuramente per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Parigi"

"The start of the stay was not auspicious as we were told the hotel was not yet open. We walked around its land area and met a man who seemed to think that it should have been. Once we were in everything ok until we asked for a drink in the bar and was told the bar was yekt to open despite there were two men sitting have a drink. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding in language. From then on matters improved and we had an excellent evening meal in pleasant surroundings. The breakfast, which was continental only, was good and the lady who served us pleasant. Despite the slightly inauspicious start I recommend this hotel which is set in pleasant grounds and serves good food"
