"The way the try to make everything easy for my arrival, and always available for any question. The place is well located and in a safe area, on the street below there is a market which makes the experience more Parisian and less touristy. The studio is spacious, clean, warm in winter and with good Wi-Fi. I would return"

"I didn’t realize how perfect this location was until I got there. You’re less than 10 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and surrounded by a ton of bus and metro options. The street itself is incredible - two produce markets, an Italian cheese shop, a chocolaterie, multiple supermarkets, plus plenty of cafés and brasseries for an easy breakfast. The apartment is in an older building, which actually adds to the charm and gives you a more local feel. The room is spacious, the bathroom too, and everything was spotless. The decor is thoughtful without trying too hard. The electric radiator worked surprisingly well - heats up fast, cools down fast, and you can adjust it exactly how you like, which was great for someone like me who hates sleeping in a hot room. And honestly, the location alone makes this place a steal. At this price point, you’d be hard-pressed to find something better. I don't say this easily but 10/10!"
