"La posizione eccezionale, permette di godersi la città e raggiungere a piedi quadi tutti i luoghi di interesse. L'host si è dimostrato gentilissimo, flessibile negli orari di check-in e check-out. E la colazione un sorpresa strepitosa! Grazie mille. Consigliamo caldamente"

"Appartamento ampio, vicinissimo alle fermate dei tram. Eravamo stati informati della presenza di un’impalcatura per via dei lavori alla facciata. Questo non ci ha disturbato in modo particolare dato che durante il giorno eravamo in giro per la città. Comunque essendo un week end i lavori erano sospesi. Il fiore all’occhiello è stata la colazione: ogni mattina ci venivano recapitati croissant e baguette fresche, mentre nell’appartamento vi era latte,caffè,the,cioccolata e succo di frutta. La posizione è centrale e tranquilla. Ci torneremo senza ombra di dubbio."

"The apartment was clean & spacious. It was in an excellent location, very central but quiet apart from the rumble of passing trams. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. Shower gel was provided in the bathrooms and sufficient dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. We appreciated the daily delivery of croissants and fresh bread. The kitchen was also stocked with butter, jam, orange juice, milk, tea, coffee & hot chocolate to complete the breakfast."
"Our initial impression was poor. We arrived late at night and used the code given to us to get through the front door. However, we had not been told which apartment was ours and there were no names or numbers on the apartment doors. When by process of elimination we worked out which apartment was ours we had been sent the wrong key code. I got no response when I phoned the emergency phone numbers I had been given . With help from another couple we eventually got in but it was a very frustrating experience. Our stay would have been more comfortable if the apartment had more crockery and some good size tumblers, hand towels & more comfortable seating in the living room. There was also an intermittent sulphurous smell in the en-suite shower room which was quite unpleasant."

"The drainage system in the shower needs cleaning as the smell emanating from the bathroom was putrid. Kitchen exhaust did not work, for us at least."
