"The street on which the property is located is not the best. A good few derelict buildings and lots of graffiti. However, the area close by is fine."
"Just a couple of suggestions- More cushions, more table lamps in bedrooms, egg cups, small brush and dust pan, Further from the metro station than we expected. We would have been lost without Ubers"
"Apartment is Clean and spacious. Although area is an upcoming neighbourhood, the property is very secure. Has a gated entrance and locked main door to apartments. The shower / bathroom is a good size. Likewise the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Lots of fresh towels and Bedding all clean and fresh. Ample available for a family of 4. Washing machine available if needed. (Previous reviews stated issues with shower head - it’s a new one now, so no problems there. Likewise no bunk beds anymore, it’s a twin room and good size). Highly Recommend for a few days in Paris."
"Everything was fine. Although it was hot when visiting and rooms had no AC. They all have fans and shutters - if the shutters are closed during the day the property stays cool. Likewise, the train is a 10 min walk away which was not a problem for us."
"L’appartement est spacieux et parfaitement adapté pour une famille de quatre personnes, avec deux adolescents et deux adultes. Chacun a pu avoir sa propre chambre, ce qui a été très apprécié. Tout était très propre, bien équipé et confortable. L’emplacement est également très pratique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et l’ensemble de la famille était ravie, en particulier les enfants qui ont beaucoup aimé leurs chambres."
"La chambre bleue est assez minimaliste par rapport aux autres chambres. Il manquerait une table de chevet, des rideaux et une petite lumière d’appoint pour la rendre plus chaleureuse et fonctionnelle. Notre fils de 13 ans n’a pas souhaité y dormir et nous avons dû échanger les chambres. Avec quelques aménagements, elle serait tout aussi agréable que les autres."
