STUDIO LE CHOUETTE

"Soggiorno invernale. Struttura in posizione ideale, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 10 dal centro. L'accesso è un pochino complicato, sicuramente meno adatto a persone anziane e assolutamente off-limits per i disabili. Le scale sono strette e ripide e con la valigia bisogna prestare attenzione. Una volta entrato nell'appartamento con check-in molto facile tramite codici il discorso cambia, giusta metratura, molto accogliente e caloroso, sono forniti, tra l'altro, TV, bollitore con bustine di tè e tisane, macchina del caffè con capsule, tostapane, aspirapolvere, stendibiancheria, phon di buona qualità. Tutte le stoviglie in dotazione e piastre ad induzione. Pulizia buona, letto comodo, velux panoramico."

"Qualche dettaglio è sicuramente da migliorare, da mettere assolutamente un mobiletto per gli abiti, per non doverli lasciare nell'attaccapanni all'entrata, sistemare il saliscendi del getto della doccia che è bloccato, rendere il bagno più luminoso e una maggiore attenzione generale alla qualità del servizio proposto. Sono cose che costano poco ma che renderebbero la struttura ancora migliore."

"Posizione centralissima, appartamento accogliente, delle giuste dimensioni e ben arredato, è facile sentirsi a casa. Anche se molto centrale sotto la struttura si possono trovare dei parcheggi a pagamento."

"La porta del bagno che non si chiude, e non c’è la chiave…la doccia andrebbe sistemata, la doccetta non sta su, e il soffione alto invece spruzza in tutte le direzioni. Materasso un po’ troppo morbido per me."

"The location is a little noisy, especially if the weather is hot enough to want to keep a window open overnight. The flat itself is comfortable and met our needs perfectly."

"The studio is very well-equipped and had everything I needed for my short-term trip. It was very true to the description provided. As it is so close to the train station and the city, with different food opportunities nearby, and only a short walk to the old town of Dijon, it was perfect for visiting the region by day and the city in the evening. I was especially fond of the welcome booklet provided, which held lots of helpful information on the city and its sights."

"I had not received the information on how to enter the house and open the key box by the time I provided for my check-in, which was after the usual check-in time. Eventually, the support was very quick and nice when I contacted the hosts. I expected the view to be nicer, but as the studio is under the roof it only has a small window with a view of the houses on the other side of the street. The street is quite busy, which was no problem for me but could be too loud for others."

"Simple apartment within easy walking distance of the centre. We also found street parking nearby and took comfort from the number of expensive local cars parked on the street. It seems a safe area. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and the full size fridge. The WiFi was also very good."

"The one item we would recommend is that the Velux window be fitted with an electric opening and closing mechanism. The pole supplied was broken and, to be honest, unless you are familiar with how to use a Velux pole it is very easy to break. The apartment was very hot and the only option for ventilation was the window to the street (noisy)."

"Retrieving the key initially was a bit tricky. The lock was a bit hard to open. I think the host can add a sentence for introduction to open the lock box."

"200m de la gare SNCF (notre moyen de transport), 100m du Centre-ville : un studio idéalement situé pour visiter Dijon. Équipements de qualité (literie, cuisine et sa batterie, salle d'eau...). Disponibilité de produis "de base" : distributeurs de savon (douche, lavabo), produits de ménage et de vaisselle, draps et serviettes...comme chez soi ! (Nous sommes repartis avec les consommables que nous apportons systématiquement lorsque nous voyageons)..."
