"Situata in un ottimo punto centrale, la casa completa di tutti i servizi necessari. Se dovessi trovare una pecca direi solo i materassi un po scomodi pero per brevi soggiorni puo piu che andare bene. Ci ritornerei volentieri."

"Per accedere bisogna utilizzare 3 codici diversi si altrettante porte. La chiave d'ingresso alla stanza si trova in una cassaforte che si è inceppata, nonostante fossero le 22 però il gestore ha risposto subito ai messaggi permettendoci d'accedere in altro modo. L'appartamento è dotato di letto con lenzuola estremamente rumore, potrebbe fare sorridere la cosa finché non avete un bebè in stanza che dorme con voi!"

"La posizione nel centro di Parigi e la struttura della casa ci hanno permesso di vivere con serenità il soggiorno, anche in 4 persone. Casa pulita e dotata di tanti comfort, come la macchina del caffè e la lavastoviglie. Consigliatissimo!"

"Peccato che ci siano i lavori in corso nel palazzo dove si trova la struttura, ma niente che non si possa sopportare. L'unica cosa che ho trovato migliorabile è la mancanza di asciugamani da cucina e di almeno 4 tovagliette per pranzo e cena, per il resto tutto perfetto!"

"Mi è piaciuta la zona centrale comodissima a tutto: ristoranti, negozi,musei, attrazioni varie e fermate della metro. Silenziosa ,ho dormito davvero bene."

"The location is great 👍 nice to walk around Paris The size of studio is ok even for family if you mostly focusing on touring and sightseeing Paris and just use it for sleep , quick rest in between and eat breakfast/ supper. This was our purpose so for us was enough and it was still good value for money in may half term for Paris !!"

"The cleanness is ok-ish but not spot on as I am used to , but I think it is just a French thing . Surely microwave need some good clean hence we did not use it and I think sofa bed need to be change as it looks worn off and there are some metal around so I had to put pillows around for my son not to hit himself"

"There was NO BREAKFAST . This property has a small kitchen and we made our Own. Very near to the Metro . 300 metres , GARD E EST is just 2 Metro stations away . 5mins . (10 MINS walk to GARD E EST / PARIS EST ) . LOTS of restaurants , cafes and especially ,indian , chinese , thai , Kurdish , Turkish , French , Italian restaurants . CARREFOUR supermarket . Lovely place . GOOD HOST . MR JOYCE . IMMEDIATE RESPONSE . I will go back . Walkable distance to monuments . ( 15 to 25 MINS Walk ) VALUE FOR MONEY FOR 4 ADULTS . 1ST FLOOR ."

"Location. About 400m from metro and a great wee supermarket. Facilities were clean (ish). Obviously some renovation work has been done. We were pleasantly surprised at the overall condition of the apartment given the building site entrance to the place."

"However, only 4 coffee sachets for a 4 day stay for 3 adults? Similarly, only 1 toilet roll supplied. Some fixtures need fixing. Had to hold onto power plug fixtures when pulling a plug out otherwise they tended to start coming out of the wall. The heater fell off the wall as the plugs pulled out of the wall lining.. The shower had black.mould in some of the lower groutings. Entrance door into the apartment opened the wrong way which made it awkward to open the door and pull a wheeled bag in."

"Apartment had everything required, was very clean and comfortable. Instructions to gain entry was easily understood. On last night there was a issue with the main entrance. It wouldn't open and we were soaked trying to gain entry. We didn't know who to contact. Fortunately a man who lives in the building came to gain entry and he knew how to open it if it didn't accept the code"

"Para lo que nosotros queríamos, un lugar donde descansar después de estar todo el día conociendo París, es ideal. Limpio, cómodo y en una ubicación excelente."

"Solo tiene una ventana a un patio interior, lo cual te puede dar sensación de agobio, pero no haciendo vida alli mas que para dormir, no suponía ningún problema."
