"Posizione Eccellente, appartamento molto bene arredato, molto confortevole, molto bene attrezzato. I parcheggi sono a 10 minuti a piedi. Nella zona ci sono tantissimi locali tipici, bar, panetterie, ristoranti. Si possono fare diverse passeggiate in zone interessanti di Nizza, dal quartiere antico, alla collina, attraverso le viuzze. Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Consigliato. La nostra persona di riferimento Valerie è stata molto attenta e disponibile via messaggi Whatsapp. Se ci fossero persone anziane, tenete conto che ci sono scalini abbastanza ripidi, fino al 1o piano dove si trova l'appartamento. In generale giudizio ottimo."

"The property was clean, quiet, spacious and conveniently located near the town centre. The shower was good. Wifi worked well after some initial problems connecting. The stairs are not a problem for people with normal mobility."
"We absolutely loved our stay! The secure garden was perfect for our dog, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We were especially happy that their lovely dog, Toscane, could play with our Diva—they got along wonderfully. The pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed exploring the charming nearby villages and towns. The location of the property was exactly what we were looking for: peaceful, secluded, and surrounded by nature. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is beautifully maintained—it was a joy to sit back, take in the view, and truly relax. I especially loved my little morning ritual: a quick stroll to pick up fresh-baked bread, some great local wine from a nearby vineyard, and incredible olive oil from local producers. A big thank you to our hosts for the delicious fresh figs and for sharing their little paradise with us for the week. It was truly unforgettable!"

"Very clean and well appointed apartment located in a character building, right in the historic centre of town. The car park was ideally located right at the door. There was a lovely little bar/cafe very close by, together with eco-supermarket and bakery. The flat itself was ideal for our family with a very comfy pull out sofa bed (double)."
