"Casina che nonostante le piccole dimensioni ha tutto. Molto carina. Posizione eccellete vicinissimo al "Gros Horloge", uno dei monumenti principali di Rouen. Accanto al portone si trovano dei localizzi che si popolano di sera ma ciononostante non si sente rumore. Lo staff comunica tempestivamente e con chiarezza le istruzioni per il recupero chiavi."

"Compact, well-appointed budget accommodation with everything needed for a nice visit to Rouen. Clean, comfortable, with good little kitchen and a great bathroom. The sofa bed was large with excellent bed clothes. The door code and key-safe code both worked well. Great location."

"When the bed is open, it is impossible to walk between the kitchen part and the bathroom - only over the bed - because the island/table is fixed. The heating needs programming, and it is not easy to understand how to programme the radiators without instructions."

"Nowhere did we learn that if we unfolded the couch on which we slept, we would have to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom, so we preferred to fold and unfold the bed every day, which was quite tiring. The only window was part of the door, so the room was a bit dark."

"Appartamento particolare, semplice ma curato nei dettagli. Ricavato in un vecchio edificio, ristrutturato e rustico. Letto molto confortevole. Disponibile acqua minerale in bottiglia, the, caffe da prepararsi, biscotti, caramelle. Veramente gentile e disponibile il proprietario che risponde immediatamente a qualsiasi domanda. Zona appena fuori dal centro, meno di 10 minuti a piedi per trovare una bella via piena di negozi, alimentari, fast food e bar. Il prezzo e' imbattibile. Check in e check out autonomo con istruzioni dettagliate. Tv con servizi in streaming. Wifi veramente veloce."
"Zentral gelegen nur wenige Meter von der Grande Rue bietet diese moderne Ferienwohnung auf zwei Etagen alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr bequeme Betten (mit Lademöglichkeiten fürs Handy am Kopfende), eine gut ausgestattete Küche inklusive Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine und einem großen Esstisch für sechs Personen, drei großzügige Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und Aircondition in allen Räumen. WLAN gibt es zudem auch; ist aber nicht das schnellste und der Upload dauert ewig. Uns hat es in zwei Wochen an nichts gefehlt. Parken ist an der Unterkunft direkt nicht möglich - aber in nur 200 Metern Entfernung befindet sich ein großer kostenfreier Parkplatz (Rue du Rem de la Streng), wo sich in zwei Wochen immer ein Platz fand. Das nächstgelegene Restaurant ist eine Treppe tiefer."

"We stayed at the apartment for one week at the beginning of August. Getting the key was easy, the host Nicolas is very friendly and helpul. The apartment was perfect for us, everything is like in the description. From the balcony you have a stunning view over the sea and we loved having a glass of rosé wine there in the evenings. A little bakery and a supermarket are nearby and it‘s also no problem getting to the old town. You can either use the bus (12+) along the seafront or the tram that runs directly behind the building. We will definitely come back! 😃"
