"The safety of the neighbourhood and close proximity to the metro. The communication of the host. The property has an alarm which we accidently activated resulting in the host being contacted late at night and even then they were able to help without issue."

"The house is so cozy, design and good taste in each small corner. The shower is big and water runs delicious. We went in Winter and house made us feel better than at home! Anfitrión was super atent. 10/10"

"Some streets in the area look rough, but we had no problems, so it did not bother us. Also we wanted to avoid the high costs of staying in the centre."

Despite our last-minute booking, Constant prepared the apartment flawlessly and even took the time to give us a thorough tour, pointing out key amenities and recommending nearby places to visit. The location was ideal, and the atmosphere made us feel at home immediately. Constant was an outstanding host—warm, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. My friends and I had an amazing time, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Maison avec terrasse très agréable et très cosy. Un salon/cuisine bien équipé. 2 chambres à l'étage avec une très bonne literie. Endroit calme, sans vis-à-vis. Station de métro à 900 mètres. Station Velib juste à côté. Parking privé disponible. Pour informations, marché de Pantin le dimanche matin et le vendredi après-midi rue Denis Papin avec des prix défiant toute concurrence ! Bon emplacement pour visiter Paris et être tranquille !"
